Betterlesson.com
This is a great teacher resource. It is free and you only have to sign up to access most of the content. It gives you a variety of different lessons plans that can help you teacher a topic or standard. I really like the materials that come along with a lesson. I also liked how some lesson's included short stories which I used for other lessons. Teachers generate the lesson plans and you can upload your own to share.

Storybird.com
This a great site to encourage students to get creative and work on writing skills. Students choose from a ide range of pictures/graphics and add text to create a picture book. My advanced readers worked on creating books and had a lot of fun. It was really high interest because they let their imaginations run wild.

Awesome educational tool. A science teacher at my school looks for videos on different concepts. I enjoy music videos and play different music related to the them I'm teaching.
One of my favorite videos that always inspires me. My fellow teacher friend shared this with me when I was feeling very down about work.
